(1) 麦芽糊精添加于奶粉等乳制品中,可使产品体积膨胀,不易结块,速溶,冲调性好,延长产品货架期,同时降低成本,提高经济效益。也可改善营养配比,提高营养比价,易消化吸收。麦芽糊精在配制功能奶粉,特别是无蔗糖奶粉、婴儿助长奶粉等中的作用已得到确认。用量5%~20%。
