对于氢氧化钾大家可能是不大熟悉,氢氧化钾这种化合物因为具有强碱性及腐蚀性,因而在化工行业和其它一些行业中都有很重要的应用,也可以作为很多类试剂应用于不同的领域,比如干燥剂、吸收剂、耐火粘合剂等。用于干燥剂我们、常见的就是食品包装里面装的干燥剂是为了防止食品受潮。

(1)原材料与配方

①耐火液配方材料 配比/kg 材料 配比/kg氢氧化钾 8金属硅化物 30粉末状碳酸钠 7水 60。

(2)氢氧化钾耐火粘合剂的制备方法
(2) Preparation of potassium hydroxide fire-resistant adhesive
①耐火液制备方法:在反应槽内顺序加入颗粒状氢氧化钾8kg、粉末状碳酸钠(苏打灰)(旭硝子株式会社制)7kg和金属硅化物30kg,再加入60l的水。在其中开始自然反应,从下层的氢氧化钾开始剧烈反应,在反应槽内从下侧向上侧发生对流。反应温度自然上升,反应温度在80~90℃的范围内时,呈活跃的反应状态。反应温度高不超过92℃。反应在10h左右结束,分离固体,可以获得约48l(约70kg)耐火液。残留的固体是金属硅化物块,如果用水洗净,残留约22kg左右的金属硅化物块。在这种残存的金属硅化物块中,再补充加入约8kg左右的金属硅化物块,总和为30kg的金属硅化物,供给到二次反应中。与一次反应相同,在反应槽内加入颗粒状氢氧化钾8kg,粉末状碳酸钠(苏打灰)(旭硝子株式会社制)7kg,接着,依次加入一次反应残留的金属硅化物块22kg和新的金属硅化物块8kg,接着加入60l水,开始二次制备耐火液的反应。在制备中,按照先加颗粒状氢氧化钾,再加入粉末状碳酸钠(苏打灰),再加入金属硅化物块,然后加水的加料顺序,由下层氢氧化钾开始反应,可形成上下对流式活跃反应,由此制备的耐火液性能较好。
① Preparation method of refractory liquid: add 8kg of granular potassium hydroxide, 7kg of powdered sodium carbonate (soda ash) (prepared by Asahi Co., Ltd.) and 30kg of metal silicide in sequence in the reaction tank, and then add 60l of water. The natural reaction starts in the reaction tank, the violent reaction starts from the potassium hydroxide in the lower layer, and convection occurs from the lower side to the upper side in the reaction tank. The reaction temperature rises naturally. When the reaction temperature is in the range of 80~90 ℃, it is in an active reaction state. The reaction temperature shall not exceed 92 ℃. The reaction ends in about 10h, the solid is separated, and about 48l (about 70kg) of refractory liquid can be obtained. The residual solid is metal silicide block. If it is washed with water, about 22kg of metal silicide block remains. In this residual metal silicide block, add about 8kg of metal silicide block and 30kg of total metal silicide to the secondary reaction. As for the primary reaction, 8kg of granular potassium hydroxide and 7kg of powdered sodium carbonate (soda ash) (made by Asahi Co., Ltd.) are added into the reaction tank, followed by 22kg of metal silicide blocks remaining in the primary reaction and 8kg of new metal silicide blocks, followed by 60l of water to start the reaction of preparing refractory liquid for the second time. During preparation, granular potassium hydroxide is added first, then powdered sodium carbonate (soda ash) is added, then metal silicide blocks are added, and then water is added. The reaction starts from the lower layer of potassium hydroxide, forming a convective active reaction from top to bottom. The refractory liquid thus prepared has good performance.
②耐火胶黏剂的制备:将耐火液、裁断的旧报纸(其它旧纸也可用)、稻壳、棉分别加入反应槽中,进行充分搅拌均匀即制得耐火材料。
② Preparation of fire-resistant adhesive: add fire-resistant liquid, cut old newspaper (other old paper can also be used), rice husk and cotton respectively into the reaction tank, and fully mix them to obtain the refractory.
(3)这种耐火粘合剂性能若用耐火液涂覆木板,将涂覆的木板靠近1000~c火焰处30min不会发生燃烧。若将耐火胶黏剂混合物加压脱水至45%水分含量,在180℃下加压1h制得轻质耐火材料。将这种耐火材料靠近1500℃火焰观察30min,10min后耐火材料表面发生陶瓷化,经30min燃烧后,切开耐火材料,陶瓷化深度仅o.8mm,火未通人耐火材料内部。此外,耐火材料隔音抗冲击性能亦佳。其可切、锯、钉钉子、钉螺钉等加工性能与木材类同。
(3) If the wood board is coated with fire-resistant liquid, the coated wood board will not burn when it is close to 1000~c flame for 30min. If the refractory adhesive mixture is pressurized and dehydrated to 45% moisture content, the lightweight refractory is prepared by pressurizing at 180 ℃ for 1h. Observe the refractory close to the 1500 ℃ flame for 30min. After 10min, the surface of the refractory will be vitrified. After 30min combustion, cut the refractory. The vitrification depth is only 0.8mm, and the fire will not enter the refractory. In addition, the sound insulation and impact resistance of refractory materials are also good. It can cut, saw, nail, screw and other processing properties similar to wood.
